Refund policy

Our return policy for refunds is thirty (30) calendar days. This return policy is no longer applicable if thirty (30) calendar days have gone by since your purchase.

Refunds (change-of-mind)

Refunds only apply if the product is still in its original packaging, have all original tags and providing Buyer (Customer) has a valid receipt. Buyer notifies Seller and pays for the return postage to ship the product back to Seller (Across The Pond). Seller then inspects the product to ensure it is not opened or damaged then responds as follows:

  1. If the product, or packaging, is not opened or damaged, then Seller issues a partial refund to Buyer for the toy cost itself (excluding original shipping costs already consumed). 
  2. If the product, or packaging, is opened or damaged, then Buyer does not issue a refund and keeps the product unless Buyer provides Seller with shipping postage to retrieve the product from Seller.

Exchanges

We are unable to provide exchanges under this return policy for reasons stated under section titled "Defective products (not shipping related)".

Defective products (not shipping related)

Although we inspect all products before shipping them and strive to ensure they are sound for our customers, we are unable to provide a return policy for alleged defective products at this time due to a few reasons:

  1. The manufacturers are not located in Canada.
  2. Certain toys are very scarce so we may be unable to replace them.
  3. As a small business, we do not have the means, or resources, to challenge the suppliers or our wholesalers.

However, the suppliers have already proven to be manufacturing quality products which greatly reduces the likelihood of a defective product.

Defective products (shipping related)

If a product is alleged to be defective due to shipping upon inspection by Buyer after receiving it, then Buyer promptly informs Seller so an insurance claim may to be opened with Canada Post (or local carrier) which could lead to a partial or full refund of up to $100.
